1. Who operates Human Hope Daily
Human Hope Daily is developed, sold and operated directly by Human Hope Foundation. There is no separate company, reseller or agent between you and the foundation. The foundation is the merchant of record on your Stripe receipt and card statement, the party to the Terms of Use and the data controller under the Privacy Policy.
2. How proceeds are used
Every plan is sold at a single price, from $25 to $200, paid once. Proceeds support the charitable, educational and community programs of Human Hope Foundation; the costs of operating the app (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, AI processing and support) are paid from the same proceeds. The price of a plan is not split into a product price and a separate donation, and no part of it is passed to any other organization.
3. Tax status
Human Hope Foundation is a nonprofit corporation under New Mexico law. Its federal tax-exempt status has not yet been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service: the foundation has not been determined to be a 501(c)(3) organization, and until that recognition is granted, purchases of Human Hope Daily plans, including the Lifetime + Foundation Circle plan, are not tax-deductible. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim of tax-exempt status. We will update this page if that status changes.
4. A separate product from the supporter items shop
Human Hope Foundation also offers physical supporter items through a separate shop at shop.humanhopefoundation.com. Human Hope Daily is a digital-only product with its own policies: buying a plan does not include any physical item, and buying a supporter item does not include app access. The policies on this website apply only to Human Hope Daily.
5. Trademarks and logos
"Human Hope", "Human Hope Daily", "Scripture Guide" and the Human Hope logo mark are names and marks of Human Hope Foundation. You may not use them to suggest endorsement or affiliation without our written permission. Bible translations, worship recordings and other licensed materials in the app belong to their respective rights holders and are used under license; their notices appear where the material is shown.
6. No affiliation
Human Hope Foundation and Human Hope Daily are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Google, Apple or Stripe. Names of browsers, devices and payment services appear on this site only to describe how the app is used or paid for. Stripe is our independent payment processor, not a partner or sponsor.
7. Service providers
Human Hope Daily runs on the infrastructure of the following categories of provider, each engaged under a written contract and named in full on request:
- a payment processor (Stripe) for checkout, receipts and refunds;
- a cloud hosting provider in the United States for the app and its encrypted database;
- a transactional email delivery provider for access emails and service messages;
- an AI processing provider for Scripture Guide responses, which receives messages without user identifiers.
We do not use advertising networks, analytics trackers or data brokers.
8. Reporting abuse, content problems or a security issue
To report misuse of the app, offensive content in a family or group space, a suspected copyright problem or a security vulnerability, email support@humanhopefoundation.com with "Abuse report" or "Security" in the subject line. Security reports are acknowledged within 2 business days, and we ask researchers to give us reasonable time to fix an issue before publishing it. We do not pursue good-faith researchers who respect user privacy and do not disrupt the service.
9. Governing law
These notices and all use of the website and app are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with venue in Bernalillo County, as set out in the Terms of Use.
